iLaw is a modern, fresh London law firm made up entirely of Senior City lawyers; all of whom are recognised as experts in their specialist areas. 

Whilst we advise on all aspects of English commercial law, we are particularly well known for our focus on technology, intellectual property, media and telecoms. Indeed, in the last year alone we have advised on over £600 million of technology transactions.

Unlike "traditional" law firms, we do not stick religiously to the culture of hourly rates.  We give our clients the option of fixed fees, "no win/no fee"deals and retainers (many of our clients like to use us as their “in-house Counsel”).  In short, we encourage our clients to set the agenda and to chose the structure that works best for them.       

Our clients include Vodafone, Domino’s Pizza, Goldfish Credit Cards, Boltblue International, Glass’ Guide, Care UK and Rhyme Systems, First Choice Software, Hicklin Slade and Rufus Leonard.
